All four candidates in the Glasgow North West constituency will be at a hustings meeting at Jordanhill Parish Church in Woodend Drive at 7.30 pm on Tuesday December 3. The church invites everyone to come and hear the candidates speak and answer your questions.
Scottish church leaders urge truthfulness in political debate
The Most Rev Mark Strange, Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church, has joined other Scottish church leaders in calling for a respectful tone in the ongoing political debate that recognises the human value in all people. The ten leaders have urged people to think of the many issues that unite rather than divide.

The charity Christian Action for Research and Education (CARE) has set up a special election website at Engage19.org.uk focusing on family, life and justice, with MPs’ voting records on key issues.
