All Saints is to distribute 1,000 invitation cards to local households in the run-up to Easter, following the success of a similar campaign before Christmas 2014.
The cards will carry details of Holy Week and Easter services, as well as looking forward to a coffee morning and plant sale on May 9 and the church’s three events in June’s West End Festival programme.
There will also be a message of welcome from All Saints’ priest-in-charge, Rev Sydney Maitland.
“Our Christmas invitation card was well received by nearby shops, shared by Jordanhill’s community Twitter account, and prompted a number of residents to attend All Saints for the first time,” he said.
“We hope that the Easter card will have an even greater impact.”
